Requirements

Minimum 3 years of real estate brokerage experience in Dubai, with a strong focus on off-plan sales.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of major Dubai developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Binghatti, etc.).

Must hold or be eligible for a RERA Broker Card.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin is a plus.

Professional appearance, motivated, and results-oriented personality.

Familiarity with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and online property portals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert qualified leads into successful off-plan sales.

Develop a deep understanding of Dubai’s off-plan projects, masterplans, and developer portfolios.

Build long-term client relationships with investors, end-users, and international buyers.

Attend and represent the company at project launches, property exhibitions, and client events.

Provide clients with accurate and updated market information, payment plans, and ROI analysis.

Maintain consistent follow-up through CRM systems and digital tools.

Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring smooth transaction flow.

Work closely with developers, marketing teams, and management to meet company sales targets.
